There is no install crew, no subcontractor, and no third-party monitoring vendor between you and the trailer. DNJ tows it, sets it, aims it, supports it, moves it, and takes it home.
Sequence
Six steps, in order.
The site coverage plan
You send the parcel address or pin, the rough footprint, the project duration, and what you are most worried about — the gate, the laydown yard, the finished units, the iron. If you have a site plan or a plat, that helps; a satellite screenshot works fine too.
We come back with proposed trailer positions, what each position actually sees, how many trailers the parcel needs, and a fixed quote for the duration. If one trailer covers it, we will say one trailer.
Scheduling and delivery
Once the quote is approved we schedule delivery around your site access. The trailer arrives towed behind a truck — no crane, no forklift, no escort. It needs a reasonably level spot with a clear view of the area you want covered and open sky for the solar array and uplink.
Positioning and commissioning
We level and stabilize the trailer on its outriggers, raise the mast, aim every camera to the coverage plan, confirm the satellite uplink, and verify night performance. Then we walk the actual frames with you on a screen so you can see the coverage rather than take our word for it.
Access and handover
Your superintendent, PM, and anyone else who needs it get credentials for live view and recorded playback on phone and desktop, plus a short walkthrough: how to pull a clip, how to drive the PTZ, and how to use the talk-down.
Running coverage
Deterrence runs whether anyone is watching or not. When you do need something — a clip pulled for an incident report, a camera re-aimed after a stockpile moved, a question about a night’s footage — you call a local Arizona number and reach the person who owns the trailer.
Relocation and demobilization
Sites change shape. When a phase closes or the work moves to the back half of the parcel, we reposition the trailer and re-aim to a revised plan. At closeout we tow it out. There is no conduit to pull, no mounts to unbolt, and no patching on your punch list.
Placement
Position is most of the performance.
Twenty feet of mast only helps if it is standing in the right place. The coverage plan exists so the trailer sees the gate, the laydown, and the high-value stage of work at once — instead of a very clear view of a fence.

Bring these up on the first call — they are the details that usually decide trailer count and placement.
- Parcel size and shape, and whether it is fenced
- Where the gate is, and whether you need plate-readable coverage on it
- Whether crews work nights, and when the site actually goes quiet
- What stage the work is at — dirt, vertical, or finish
- Tree cover or structures that would block sky for solar and uplink
- Whether the site will be reconfigured mid-rental
- Any insurance or lender requirement you have to satisfy
