What we collect. When you submit a quote request we collect the name, company, role, email address, phone number, site location, and project details you choose to give us. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it. Solely to prepare a coverage plan and quote, and to contact you about that request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the business — for example email and hosting providers — who are permitted to use it only on our behalf.

Site surveillance footage. Video recorded by a deployed trailer belongs to the rental engagement, not to this website. Access, retention, and release of footage are governed by your rental agreement. Describe who may access footage, the retention period, and the circumstances under which it is released to law enforcement or insurers.

How long we keep it. Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations. State a retention period.

Cookies and analytics. This site currently sets no tracking cookies. If you add analytics or an advertising pixel, disclose it here before you turn it on.

Your choices. Write to info@guardianrover.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
